Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

Wihbd may request a National ID or other documents at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

When placing bets on wihbd, specific rules apply to each event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — so review the odds and conditions carefully before placing your bet.

Live Bettingodds can change rapidly. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, wihbd reserves the right to void that bet. Please keep the following in mind:

• Minimum stake per bet is BDT 10
• Maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the event and market
• If a match or event is abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned
• Wihbd's decision on determining outcomes shall be considered final
• Cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to server response

Wihbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.

Deposits are typically credited within 1 to 3 minutes. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5 to 15 minutes, though some cases may take longer for verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the user's own name
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (some exceptions may apply)

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform
• Involvement in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users

Wihbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Suspicious financial activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Court or regulatory authority order

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 6 months.
